Werken voor Vapiano betekent werken in een enthousiast team met voldoende ruimte voor je eigenheid! Een dag uit het leven van:
Als Service medewerk(st)er ben jij het eerste en het laatste gezicht van Vapiano dat onze gasten zien. Jij verwelkomt onze gasten met enthousiasme en legt hen het Vapiano systeem uit.
Je zorgt ervoor dat er plantjes op tafel staan en het restaurant er op en top uit ziet. Je zorgt dat alle tafels schoon zijn, dat de lege borden, bestek, glazen afgeruimd worden en dat er altijd voldoende voorraad is. Uiteraard vergeet je niet om een praatje te maken met de gasten tussendoor. Wanneer gasten nog een extra drankje of hapje willen bestellen dan is dat voor jou geen probleem en help je ze graag. Je levert de juiste service of dat nu achter de bar is, in de bediening of als hostess, je doet dit altijd met een glimlach. Uiteraard mag er tussendoor ook gelachen worden onderling en neem je de tijd om je collega’s te helpen.
De baan:
- Je verwelkomt onze gasten bij binnenkomst en legt het Vapiano systeem uit;
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de gasten op hun gemak zijn en zich thuis voelen;
- Je weet wat ‘gastgerichtheid’ betekent en zet graag een stapje extra;
- Je voorziet de gasten van het drankje dat zij bestellen, dit kan een frisje zijn maar ook een perfecte Latte;
- Je helpt je collega’s en zorgt voor een goede sfeer onderling;
- Je zorgt ervoor dat het restaurant altijd schoon en opgeruimd is.
Jouw profiel:
Je vindt het leuk om gasten het naar hun zin te maken. Je bent sociaal, vriendelijk en betrokken en weet precies de goede sociale snaar te raken bij de gasten. Gastvrijheid en een oog voor detail zit in jouw genen. Service with a smile! Je bent leergierig, flexibel en bevlogen. Door jouw ‘can-do-attitude’ sta je altijd voor je collega’s klaar en ben je overal inzetbaar. Je houdt niet van onnodig moeilijk doen en je begrijpt dat ieder mens anders is. Je vindt het daarom belangrijk dat gasten en collega’s zichzelf kunnen zijn en zich thuis voelen bij Vapiano.

A day in the life of:
As a Service employee you are the first and last face of Vapiano that our guests see. You welcome our guests with enthusiasm and explain the Vapiano system to them.
You ensure that there are plants on the table and that the restaurant looks perfect. You ensure that all tables are clean, that the empty plates, cutlery, glasses are cleared and that there is always sufficient stock. Of course you don’t forget to chat with the guests in between. If guests want to order an extra drink or snack, that is no problem for you and you are happy to help them. You provide the right service, whether it is behind the bar, in the service or as a hostess, you always do this with a smile. Of course, you don’t forget to have fun with and take the time to help your colleagues.
The job:
- You welcome our guests upon entering and explain the Vapiano system;
- You ensure that the guests are at ease and feel at home;
- You know what ‘guest orientation’ means and like to go the extra mile;
- You provide the guests with the drink they order, this can be a soft drink but also a perfect Latte;
- You help your colleagues and create a good atmosphere among themselves;
- You ensure that the restaurant is always clean and tidy.
Your profile:
You enjoy making guests happy. You are social, friendly and involved and know exactly how to strike the right social chord with the guests. Hospitality and an eye for detail is in your genes. Service with a smile! You are eager to learn, flexible and enthusiastic. Because of your ‘can-do attitude’ you are always there for your colleagues and you can be deployed anywhere. You don’t like to be unnecessarily difficult and you understand that every person is different. You therefore find it important that guests and colleagues can be themselves and feel at home at Vapiano.
